An average of 100 hair loss per day is considered to be normal, but when this number increases, if 4-5 or more hair falls out by slightly pulling the hair, if above the forehead and the crown area starts showing skin the situation should be consulted with a specialist. Causes of Hair Loss
There are many different causes of hair loss. There are different reasons for shedding in men and women but also;

Nutritional hair loss is very common. Unilateral diets, eating meals that doesn’t contain vitamins and minerals, can cause hair loss. Hair loss due to alopecia

This condition, which can be seen without any age and sex differences, is often accompanied by weakening of the immune system as a result of long-term stress. Hair Loss in Women
Although hair loss in women is not as troublesome as it is seen in men, they face frequent hair loss problem with various diseases and genetic factors brought by modern life. The main reason for hair loss in women is the genetic factors in which hair tends to fall out. In addition to genetic factors, many factors such as hormonal irregularities, stress, anemia due to iron deficiency, vitamin and nutritional deficiencies, contraceptive drugs, menopause, pregnancy and delivery process cause hair loss. Similarly, the methods used by women for styling and coloring their hair can also cause hair loss.
Hair Loss in Men
Hair loss is much more common in men than in women. The biggest cause of hair loss in men is having the 5 alpha reductase enzyme less than women’s body. At the end of the 20s, approximately 12% of men experience hair loss. As we get closer to the 50s, genetic shedding and baldness start to increase with environmental factors. Androgenetic which is the biggest aesthetic problem in men, hereditary hair loss problem is the most common male pattern hair loss. This hair loss begins from the top of the head over time, the hair line on the forehead disappears. The hair becomes thinner and as long as the shedding continues, only a few hairs remain on the back of the neck with balding. In recent years, male hair loss has decreased to the age of 18s.
